Independence as the Goal

We don't measure success by how long someone stays — we measure it by how confidently they leave.

Our Purpose

Breaking cycles, not just providing shelter.

Community members at Seeds & Stability

Every year, tens of thousands of young people age out of the foster care system with no family safety net, no stable housing, and no roadmap. Seeds & Stability exists to change that.

We don't offer temporary fixes. We build a village — literally. A community of tiny homes, gardens, classrooms, and mentors where young adults can land safely, grow steadily, and leave confidently.

Our model is built on a simple belief: structure, opportunity, and genuine human connection are what turn survival into thriving.

Independence is the goal — not dependency. We build the bridge, and our residents walk across it.

Prevent Homelessness

Stable housing is the foundation. Without it, nothing else is possible.

Break Cycles

Poverty and instability are patterns — and patterns can be changed.

Create Independence

We measure success by how confidently our residents leave, not how long they stay.

Who We Serve

Young adults transitioning from foster care.

We serve young adults ages 18–22 who are aging out of or have recently left the foster care system — partnering with the Department of Social Services to ensure no one falls through the cracks at the moment they need support most.

Age Range

18 – 22

We focus on the critical window immediately after aging out — when the risk of homelessness and instability is highest.

Placement Partner

Dept. of Social Services

We work directly with DSS for placement referrals, ensuring young adults are connected to our programs through trusted channels.

Cost to Participants

No Cost

All programs are fully funded for qualifying participants. There is no financial barrier to receiving support.

Our Approach

Mentorship and training are active today. Our residential tiny home village is in development — your support helps us build it.
