Our Impact
Every program, every resource, every relationship at Seeds & Stability is designed with one goal: helping foster youth build lives they own — on their own terms.
Six Core Programs
Our vision: safe, dignified housing in a purpose-built village where each resident has their own tiny home. We're actively raising funds to make this a reality.
Hands-on farming and food production skills that build self-reliance and create pathways to sustainable living. This program is active and enrolling now.
GED completion, college enrollment, vocational training, and career coaching — tailored to each person's goals and timeline. Active and enrolling now.
Practical money management, credit building, and financial planning — the foundational skills that make independence sustainable.
Licensed counseling, trauma-informed care, and peer support groups that help young adults heal, grow, and build emotional resilience. Active and enrolling now.
Relationships built to last. Our mentors and growing alumni network provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and community. This program is active and accepting applications.
Our Purpose
Community members at Seeds & Stability
Every year, tens of thousands of young people age out of the foster care system with no family safety net, no stable housing, and no roadmap. Seeds & Stability exists to change that.
We don't offer temporary fixes. We build a village — literally. A community of tiny homes, gardens, classrooms, and mentors where young adults can land safely, grow steadily, and leave confidently.
Our model is built on a simple belief: structure, opportunity, and genuine human connection are what turn survival into thriving.
Independence is the goal — not dependency. We build the bridge, and our residents walk across it.Seeds & Stability Foundation
Stable housing is the foundation. Without it, nothing else is possible.
Poverty and instability are patterns — and patterns can be changed.
We measure success by how confidently our residents leave, not how long they stay.
Who We Serve
We serve young adults ages 18–22 who are aging out of or have recently left the foster care system — partnering with the Department of Social Services to ensure no one falls through the cracks at the moment they need support most.
Age Range
18 – 22
We focus on the critical window immediately after aging out — when the risk of homelessness and instability is highest.
Placement Partner
Dept. of Social Services
We work directly with DSS for placement referrals, ensuring young adults are connected to our programs through trusted channels.
Cost to Participants
No Cost
All programs are fully funded for qualifying participants. There is no financial barrier to receiving support.
Our Approach
Mentorship and training are active today. Our residential tiny home village is in development — your support helps us build it.
